Movimento Brasil Competitivo (www.mbc.org.br) was created by a group of Brazilian leaderships in November of 2001 and is recognized as Public Interest Non-governmental Organization (OSCIP), devoted to the stimulaton and the promotion of the development of the Brazilian society. The MBC has as main objective to aim possible projects to the increase of the organizations competitiveness and the quality of life of the population. The MBC Superior Council has the function to establish the political-strategicaly aiming of the MBC. Is composed of four Ministers of State, federal public administration representatives, and nine regular members, with its respective substitutes, pertaining to civil and private entities that they participate as associates entities of the MBC, that possess identification with the cause of the competitiveness, and to the National Quality Foundation (FNQ).
